Kevin Chamberlain I started teaching Art and Drama, progressed to a management role in youth and comunity work before setting up and successfully building a financial services company later selling it to what is now Royal Sun Alliance. Since 1989 I have been working as a consultant. The result has meant experience in health, education, social services and the private sector. Becoming a successful acting head of A level economics is certainly something that studying art had not really prepared me for but the reward of seeing delighted students staring at their results was a tremendous reward. I have also represented Doctors and Dentists interests at a regional Care Industry Group, whilst at the same time writing a report on arts provision for day centre users. You may guess that I enjoy variety.     I co-authored Surviving School Managent (Pearson Publishing) and have been pleased by the many schools that have adopted the suggested coaching approach to management. Training courses that I have variously written and or delivered include, customer care, self-directed work teams, creative strategic management, assertiveness, balanced scorecard, time management, stress management for managers and many, many more. I enjoy facilitating problem solving/brainstorming sessions, both on a one to one basis or indeed large organisational work.                                                                   Over the years my work with individuals and small groups has developed a substantial depth and I have a passion for working with individual uniqueness. Imagine your family tree stretching back thousands of years, the mixture of genetic code that produced you is quite remarkable. From the moment you were conceived you began to experience life uniquely (even identical twins experience life in the womb differently) and then you arrive in the world experiencing unique events at unique moments and using your unique resources to make sense of these events.
