Building Strengths and Motivation
Appreciative Inquiry based coaching
'What stops you performing at your best?
How frequently do you feel 'in the zone'?
Do you want to achieve more?

I am an 'performance coach.' I stop people self-defeating with that nagging critical voice that says that they are not good enough and somehow people will find out!

My initial work was in education before moving into the commercial sector. My career developed to  board level and encompassing sales, marketing and training.

I work with companies, individuals and small groups in areas such as sales, leadership and presentation skills. Companies tell me that practice is successful because I improve their bottom line. Individuals tell me my practice works because they now have fresh thinking,clarity, self-belief and a greater understanding of their own unique gifts.

I am increasingly hired as a keynote speaker to talk about motivation and the opportunities that stress can provide.

My feedback invariably includes the words ' 'creative', behaviour changing' and 'inspirational.'  In addition I work with people suffering anxiety through to people interested in career development and senior leadership.

My coaching practice grew from  working with influential coaches such as Will Parfitt and John Witt and so draws heavily from psychosynthesis and Spectrum but is profoundly shaped by Appreciative Inquiry and focuses on;

Discovery:   Uncovering strengths because they encourage the performance development.

Dreaming:      Finding a creative space in which to explore the 'vision thing' and noble aspirations.

Design:         Firing the energy to bring aspirations into reality

Destiny:         Knowing that the future is not something to be feared and aspirations will be realised.
